What should we bring to the first conversation?

A rough description is enough. If useful, bring six things:

  1. what the organisation does and approximate scale;
  2. problem in one sentence;
  3. current data/infrastructure state;
  4. who owns the result after launch;
  5. real timeline or decision pressure; and
  6. relevant security, procurement, regulatory or compliance constraints.

The call can identify whether the next step is no-build, a direct route, a focused review or a paid Assessment. It does not weaken the Assessment boundary: evidence collection, baseline/value analysis, readiness scoring, production gates and a decision package remain paid work.
